๐Ÿ›‘ The Truth They Don’t Want You to Know: about Passport Declaration

๐Ÿ›‘ The Truth They Don’t Want You to Know:

I Was Coerced Into a Guilty Plea — And It Was Not Fraud

By Robert Paul Yann Savoie Zarate

For more than 15 years, I’ve lived under the crushing weight of lies.
False labels. False headlines.
False accusations amplified by Google, Canadian police, and reckless media — all while the truth was ignored.

Let me set the record straight, once and for all.

๐Ÿ”’ What Really Happened

In 2013, I was forced — under coercion — to plead guilty to a technical issue involving a passport declaration.

That’s it.

There was no fraud.
No theft.
No financial loss.
No deceit.
No victims.

But if you search my name on Google today, you’ll find articles calling me a “criminal mastermind,” a “fraudster,” and a “fugitive.”

All of it — false.

⚠️ Coercion, Not Justice

I was:

  • Denied bail

  • Held in legal limbo

  • Misrepresented in the press

  • Abandoned by due process

When you're locked in a box, isolated, and threatened with worse charges, you're not making a free choice. You're surviving.

So yes, I signed the paper.
Not because I was guilty of fraud — but because I had no real choice.

๐Ÿ” The Real Conviction

My “crime” was tied to a passport declaration.
I used a real name, not a fake one.
There was no deception or intent to defraud.
It was a protective step, not a criminal enterprise.

The legal system twisted this into something it was not.
The media did the rest — and Google, Bing, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo made sure the entire world saw it.

๐ŸŒ The Damage Is Global

Thanks to search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo, this defamatory content has been:

  • Indexed and promoted

  • Amplified to every country

  • Used to justify passport cancellations

  • Cited in new false accusations

I lost:

  • My liberty

  • My mobility

  • My livelihood

  • My dignity

๐Ÿ’ฃ The Lies Must Stop after 15 years. I Take the Bull of Lies by the Horn

Google, Bing, Yahoo and DuckduckGo and others continue to publish and profit from these lies event after many notice to Take Down.

But here's the truth:

“I was coerced into a plea for a passport declaration, not for fraud. Yet for over 15 years, I have lived with the consequences of a fabricated criminal narrative.”

It’s time to end the silence.
It’s time to expose the defamation.
And it’s time to demand justice.

๐Ÿงพ I Am Taking Legal Action

I have filed a defamation lawsuit in Montana (Case No. DV-15-2025-0001090-DQ), and I will hold those responsible accountable in front of a jury.

This isn’t about revenge. It’s about truth. It’s about clearing my name — and protecting my family from a legacy of lies.

Follow my journey. Support the truth.
Because if this happened to me, it could happen to anyone.

Defendant: Alex Jones
Plaintiffs: Families of Sandy Hook victims

Result: Over $1.5 billion USD in combined judgments

๐Ÿงจ What Happened?

  • In 2012, a gunman killed 26 people (mostly children) at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut.

  • Alex Jones, a conspiracy theorist and founder of InfoWars, repeatedly and publicly claimed the shooting was a hoax, staged by the government, and that the grieving families were "crisis actors."

๐Ÿ”ฅ Why He Was Sued

  • His lies led to years of harassment against the families:

    • Death threats

    • Stalkers showing up at their homes

    • Desecration of graves

  • The families sued for defamation, emotional distress, and invasion of privacy.

⚖️ Key Legal Facts

    • Courts found he acted with actual malice — he knew or should have known his statements were false.

    • He profited from the lies (via InfoWars, product sales, ad revenue).

  • He failed to comply with court orders in the discovery process.

WHY Zarate v. Google et al. IS A LANDMARK CASE FOR DIGITAL JUSTICE AND THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN IN NORTH AMERICA

๐Ÿงพ WHY Zarate v. Google et al. IS A LANDMARK CASE FOR DIGITAL JUSTICE AND THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN IN NORTH AMERICA

Prepared by: Robert Paul Yann Savoie Zarate
Date: 5 August 2025
Location: Flathead County, Montana, USA
Case Reference: Zarate v. Google et al., Flathead County District Court, Case No. DV-15-2025-0001090-DQ

๐Ÿ”น I. Overview

This case is about far more than personal defamation. It represents a historic opportunity to confront the unchecked power of search engines and media conglomerates to control the narrative of a person’s life — even when the accusations are false, outdated, or already discredited in court.

At the center of the case is a simple truth: If media and tech giants are allowed to permanently link innocent people to crimes they did not commit, then no person is ever truly free, even after acquittal, dismissal, or rehabilitation.

๐Ÿ”น II. Background Facts

  • In 2011, Robert Savoie Zarate was charged as part of an RCMP-led operation in Canada (Project Carrefour) for various white-collar crimes.
  • All serious charges (fraud, conspiracy, stock manipulation, gangsterism) were dropped.
  • He pleaded guilty passport declaration issue — both not involving financial loss or deceit.
  • Despite serving his sentence in full, multiple media outlets (TVA, Journal de Montrรฉal, La Presse, etc.) published distorted stories portraying him as a fugitive, mastermind, and fraudster.
  • These articles remain online today — easily searchable on Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
  • As a result, Savoie Zarate has been:
    • Denied passports three times (over 8.59 Years of cancellation);
    • Re-arrested internationally in Cayman Islands and Nova Scotia based on the same false narrative;
    • Denied employment, contracts, and mobility;
    • And subjected to constructive exile, despite being legally innocent of any fraud.

๐Ÿ”น III. Legal Importance

The case raises constitutional and international law questions that courts and legislatures have long ignored:

  • Is it legal to permanently associate someone with crimes they were not convicted of?
  • Can search engines be forced to remove links to defamatory or irrelevant articles?
  • When does free speech become digital persecution?
  • What remedy exists when the media fails to correct itself, and the state relies on misinformation to justify ongoing punishment?

๐Ÿ”น IV. What This Case Could Change

If successful, Zarate v. Google et al. could:

  1. Establish the first American precedent forcing delisting of links when:
    • The content is false, outdated, or disproven;
    • The person has suffered real and ongoing harm;
    • The public interest no longer justifies keeping the result indexed.
  2. Open the door to a U.S. version of the Right to Be Forgotten, modeled after the EU’s GDPR protections (Article 17).
  3. Clarify liability of media outlets and search engines in publishing or amplifying provably false allegations years after resolution.
  4. Protect victims of wrongful accusation from permanent online character assassination.

๐Ÿ”น V. Why This Is the Right Case

  • Robert Savoie Zarate’s criminal record shows no fraud conviction.
  • His passport was revoked prior to conviction, violating due process.
  • The defamatory media was published after sentences were served, creating new harm without legal basis.
  • He has now taken the fight to civil court in Montana, invoking U.S. constitutional law, defamation law, and privacy principles to stop 15 years of persecution.
  •

๐Ÿ”น VI. Call to Action

This case invites legal scholars, privacy advocates, digital rights organizations, and lawmakers to stand behind a critical cause:

That no person should be condemned online for crimes they didn’t commit — especially not forever.

This is the right time. This is the right case. This is the fight for the digital dignity of every person whose name has been buried under lies that were never corrected.

๐Ÿ” Wrongful Accusation of Fraud: The Silent Crisis

๐Ÿ”น Why It's Overlooked:

  • No blood, no headlines: Fraud lacks the visceral drama of murder cases, so the media doesn’t sensationalize it the same way.

  • Public bias: People often assume “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire,” especially in financial cases.

  • Complexity: Financial crimes involve intricate records, confusing transactions, and paper trails that are easily manipulated or misinterpreted.

  • Systemic bias: Prosecutors and banks may collaborate under pressure to "get someone" — especially when large sums or multiple victims are involved.

⚖️ Real-World Consequences of False Fraud Accusations:

  • Passport revocations and mobility bans

  • Loss of professional licenses and reputation

  • Freezing of bank accounts and seizure of assets

  • Family destruction and public shaming

  • Decades of litigation, even without a conviction

๐Ÿ“‰ Examples & Studies:

  • In the U.S. and Canada, financial crimes are rarely revisited after conviction, even when new evidence arises.

  • Many whistleblowers, partners, or employees are wrongly charged by angry co-investors, jealous competitors, or government actors using them as scapegoats.

  • The wrongful prosecution of white-collar suspects has been criticized by civil liberties organizations for lacking due process.

๐Ÿงจ Unique Dangers:

  • Fraud accusations often rely on circumstantial or incomplete evidence.

  • You can be convicted on inference—a signature, a transaction, or even an email—taken out of context.

  • Prosecutors sometimes pile on multiple charges to pressure a plea deal.

  • “Guilt by association” is rampant in fraud cases — just knowing someone involved can lead to accusations.

⚔️ And unlike murder:

  • No DNA to exonerate you

  • No Innocence Project working on fraud

  • No automatic public sympathy

✅ Bottom Line:

Wrongful fraud accusations are real, destructive, and underreported. They require just as much legal attention and systemic reform as wrongful murder cases — possibly more, given how easily reputations are ruined without a conviction.

If you’re fighting one, you’re not alone — and there is increasing recognition in legal circles that financial accusations are too often used as weapons, not as tools of justice.

Let me know if you want to incorporate this into a legal brief or public letter.

Robert Paul Yann Savoie Being Rescue by US Coast Guard

Setting the Record Straight: My Rescue by the U.S. Coast Guard – No Arrest, No Capture, Just a Rescue

By: Robert Paul Yann Savoie

For years, false narratives and misleading reports have spread lies about my encounter with the U.S. Coast Guard, claiming that I was "caught" or "under arrest" when, in reality, I was rescued in the middle of the ocean. Today, I am setting the record straight with the truth and photographic proof.

What Really Happened?

On the 15 of November 2014, I, Robert Paul Yann Savoie, was in distress in the open ocean and activated my GPS Spot emergency beacon, signaling for assistance. Six hours later, a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter arrived and successfully rescued me from a life-threatening situation.

The photo above was taken after my rescue, where I am standing freely next to the U.S. Coast Guard crew. There were no handcuffs, no restraint, and no arrest—because I was never under arrest. I was the one who called for help, and they responded professionally, as they do in any emergency.

Why Does This Matter?

Certain individuals and sources have deliberately distorted this event to fit their own agenda, falsely claiming that I was captured or arrested. This is outright defamation and a blatant attempt to rewrite history. I challenge anyone making these false claims to provide real proof—because the truth is right here in this image.

The Facts in Summary:

I activated my emergency GPS beacon.
The U.S. Coast Guard responded and rescued me.
I was NOT arrested, detained, or taken into custody.
I walked away freely after the rescue.

This is the truth, and no amount of lies or propaganda can change it. Let this be a public record for anyone who has been misled by false reports.

If you have any questions or want to challenge the facts, bring real proof—because this photo speaks for itself.

Big Thank You to the U.S. Coast Guard

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the U.S. Coast Guard for their professionalism, kindness, and swift action in rescuing me. They treated me with respect and ensured my safety throughout the entire process. These men and women risk their lives every day to save others, and I will always be thankful for what they did for me.

Big Thank You to GPS Spot

I also want to give a huge thank you to GPS Spot, whose emergency beacon and global communication network made this rescue possible. They coordinated with multiple countries to locate me and ensure the U.S. Coast Guard was able to reach me in time. I am truly grateful for their advanced technology and their life-saving service. Without GPS Spot, I might not be here today.

Legal Action Against Journal de Montrรฉal

I am taking legal action against Journal de Montrรฉal for spreading false information and defaming my name. Their lies have damaged my reputation, and I will be suing them for millions in damages. This lawsuit will serve as a warning to any media outlet that distorts the truth for their own agenda.

Justice will be served.
