The Truth Will Prevail
For more than a decade, I have lived with the consequences of allegations that I continue to dispute and challenge through lawful legal processes.
What began as a vehicle financing transaction in 2018 evolved into criminal allegations, years of litigation, disclosure battles, passport restrictions, and significant personal and professional consequences. Today, more than 1,102 days have passed since my current passport refusal began, and the underlying questions remain unresolved.
Throughout this journey, I have pursued every lawful avenue available to me: court proceedings, disclosure requests, access-to-information applications, appeals, complaints to oversight bodies, and public advocacy. My goal has never been revenge. My goal has been to obtain answers, accountability, and a fair examination of the facts.

Who was the alleged victim?
What was the actual financial loss?
Why did disclosure take so long?
Why has this matter continued for nearly eight years?
How did these events contribute to years of passport restrictions and their consequences?

I believe that truth does not fear scrutiny. Evidence should be examined. Questions should be answered. Justice should be transparent.
